Description of Services:
Hays Morris House provides crisis stabilization through a twenty four hour monitoring for persons suffering from a mental health crisis, and offer a safe environment for medication changes in a therapeutic setting. Group participation and individual therapies are offered and consumers are required to participate when able to do so. Hays Morris House has nine voluntary crisis stabilization beds and three emergency detention beds. Entry into the facility is decided by the Crisis Response Therapists, usually through the emergency rooms at local hospitals, WMMHC Treatment Teams, or by the prescribers of WMMHC, Butte offices. The emergency detention beds occupants are ordered to the facility by the Butte Silver Bow County Attorneys Office in conjunction with the Crisis Response Therapist. Hays Morris House offers a (24) twenty four hour per day (7) seven days per week crisis phone line for support or to assist consumers in answering questions regarding services for their mental health needs. Hays Morris House is also the phone contact for all CRT: Crisis Response Therapists initial calls from the surrounding communities and the staff will contact the CRT on call for emergency services.
